Villa Maslina is equipped with heated pool (10x4 meters), air conditioning and floor heating as well as outdoor kitchen. It offers 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathroom plus outdoor shower and accommodate 8 persons.

Located in the small fishing village of Vinisce, Dalmatia, our two sister villas are set in the middle of a large olive grove overseeing the Vinisce Bay. To Vinisce Beach it is a 10 Minute (800 meter) walk. Vinisce is just 20 km away from the UNESCO World Heritage Town of Trogir and 27 km from Split International Airport.

If you do not pay the remaining amount of the Accommodation within the deadlines, we reserve the right to cancel the Accommodation while retaining the full amount of the advance

If booked within 30 days before arrival, full amount payable at the time of reservation

Fees are non – refundable in the case of a no – show

Exeptions are acts of god.

The price of the accommodation includes the costs of water, gas, electricity, internet, maintenance of the pool and outdoor space as well as the use of bed linen, towels and kitchen towels, spices and alike. Prices include VAT.
